Intermediate Architect

Key Responsibilities may include:

-Coordinate with the Project Architect and Principal-in-charge on design and construction detailing.
-Develop Contract documents in Revit on a wide variety of project types.
-Coordinate consultant information with the Project Architect and Principal-in-charge.
-Review and coordinate specifications.
-Review shop drawings and contractor submittals.
-Respond to contractor questions and construction issues.

Qualifications:

-Minimum 5 years of practice experience.
-Strong conceptual, graphic and design skills.
-Proficiency in Revit and related production software required.
-Critical thinking, effective problem solving and decision-making skills.
-Experience preparing design and construction documents.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Ability to work on multiple assignments and independently on tasks is an asset.
