Can I make a floor plan with several floors and stairs?
Yes. Add floors and place stairs; the stairwell opening is cut in the floor above.
Do I need CAD or design skills?
No. You can start from a plan you upload, a sketch or a short brief instead of drawing every wall, and the drawing tools work with a mouse in your browser. Architects get the precision tools they expect: dimension lines, a scale set from a known length, several floors and DXF export.
Can I use a plan made with Floor Plan Maker for construction?
Floor Plan Maker is made for planning, design and presentation. A plan you draw or that AI reads is not checked against building codes, so construction drawings and permit sets should be prepared or reviewed by a qualified professional, for example in CAD from the DXF export.
